What is a VIV Moment?

A VIV Moment is a point in your life when everything clicked and you discovered something new about yourself. You may have experienced a VIV Moment while running your first marathon, after publishing a novel, or while shopping for shoes. Perhaps you felt it after the collapse of a marriage, the passing of a parent, or other enduring hardship. Whatever the case, this split second defined you and taught you an important lesson.
